How do I start my first meeting? add
Log in to your dashboard, click "New meeting", choose the type (online or in-person), and follow the instructions. You can also invite participants directly by email.
How do I enroll my voice? add
Go to Settings > Voice profile, click "Record my voice" and read the displayed text for 30 seconds. Our AI will create your unique voice fingerprint.
Can I invite colleagues without an account? add
Yes, you can share a meeting link with anyone. For automatic identification, they will however need to create a voice profile.
What languages does takevit support? add
takevit natively supports French and English, with smart code-switching handling. Arabic and Portuguese support is coming soon.
How do I export my transcriptions? add
From any meeting, click "Export" and choose the format: PDF, Word, TXT or WhatsApp share.
Is my data private? add
Absolutely. All your data is encrypted with AES-256, hosted on GDPR-compliant servers, and never shared with third parties or used to train models.
